Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 10 years old to sign up yourself. Children aged 5 to 9 can get an account opened by Elite Pay support or an authorised agent with a parent or guardian. No accounts are opened for anyone under 5. Services are available worldwide subject to local laws; you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.
2. Account registration
Provide accurate personal details, use your own mobile number and email, and keep your password confidential. Telegram verification confirms ownership of the submitted number. One person, mobile number and Telegram identity may hold only one account.
3. KYC and verification
We may ask for identity verification (KYC) at any time to meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and legal requirements. We may limit or suspend accounts that fail verification.
4. Plans, limits and fees
Elite Pay offers Free, Lite and Platinum plans. Paid plans are charged from your wallet balance and are valid for 30 days from purchase. Each plan has its own daily and monthly transaction limits, withdrawal limits, API limits and fees, shown in the app before you pay. When a paid plan expires, your account returns to the Free plan automatically.
5. Refunds
Plan purchases are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or where a charge was made in error. Failed or duplicate transactions are reviewed and, if confirmed, refunded to your wallet.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Elite Pay for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling where illegal, illegal goods or services, or to evade sanctions. We may freeze funds and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
7. Safe use
Never share your password, OTP, UPI PIN, or recovery information. Elite Pay will never ask for these in chat or on a call.
8. Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. Report unauthorised activity to support immediately.
9. Limitation of liability
Elite Pay is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by banks, UPI networks or third-party providers.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support after settling any balance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country.
12. Grievance redressal
For complaints, use the support chat inside the app. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
