Account protection
Passwords are stored securely hashed. Repeated wrong logins are slowed down and blocked, and bots are detected and blocked.
Transaction PIN
Every payment, withdrawal, plan purchase and store purchase needs your 4-digit transaction PIN. Too many wrong attempts lock money actions for 15 minutes.
Fraud monitoring
Rate limits, device checks and risk rules run on every request. Unusual activity can be held for review.
Business API
API keys and secrets, request signatures and per-plan limits protect merchant accounts. Requests over the limit are refused and nothing is debited.
Festival posters & offers
Festival and national-day posters inside the app are only greetings or links to Elite Pay pages. A poster will never ask for your password, OTP or PIN, never open an outside website and never move money on its own. Any message or poster outside the app offering "festival cashback" for your PIN is a scam.
Stay safe
Never share your password, OTP or PIN, not even with someone who says they are from Elite Pay. Only use elitepay.co.in. Report anything suspicious in Support.
