1. Information we collect
Name, mobile number, country, email, Telegram ID, device and login information, and transaction records needed to run your wallet.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, process payments and withdrawals, apply plan limits, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations.
3. Verification
Telegram verification is used to confirm the mobile number you submitted. We do not use your Telegram conversations for advertising.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment partners needed to complete your transactions, and with authorities when required by law.
5. International users
Your data may be processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards. Users in the EU/UK (GDPR) and other regions may have rights to access, correct, delete or export their data.
6. Security
We use encryption and access controls to protect your data. Never share passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs with anyone.
7. Retention
We keep account and transaction records as long as your account is active and as required by law (for example, financial record-keeping rules).
8. Cookies
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Your rights
Contact support to access, correct or delete your information, or to raise a privacy concern. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Elite Pay is not for anyone under 18.
